REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All damaged goods or order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days. (See Shipping Insurance section for liability information)
Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days form date of purchase. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we canβt offer you a full refund or exchange. During this 28 day period there will be a re-stocking fee applied for items supplied correctly by ND, details of which are on your sales invoice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Special order items cannot be returned unless supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reasons for this.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If it is rejected you will have to pay the delivery charge to send it back to you.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
iNTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGAs per the alert on the Basket Page of our website, by accepting the Terms and Conditions when placing an order, you are agreeing to pay any extra charges due to unforeseen costs such as remote shipping area fees, which are only flagged up when we ship your order on our live booking system. Shipping INSURANCE
The delivery cost quoted/charged does NOT include enhanced liability cover. If you wish to add enhanced liability then please state this prior to ordering/payment and we will quote you for it specifically then add the charge if selected.
If you select this option, the courierβs insured liability will be increased from the weight based minimal statutory cover to the declared and invoiced value of your shipment. Our parcels are all carefully checked and packaged prior to dispatch, therefore Norris Designs will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to Norris Designs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
