Fire Ring Head Gasket

This head gasket solution can be used with stock 11mm studs OR with our 12.7mm larger stud conversion (Choose from drop down). it features a special graphite based gasket for waterways and oil ways and custom metal fire rings which sit in the top of the block and bite into the head directly for a super tight and reliable seal..

This is JUST the head gasket and NOT the studs too. You can choose form the drop down between:

Stock size (11mm) head studs AND no machining is required to your block. The gasket holds the rings in place rather than a groove in the top of the block. Although it compromises ultimate sealing capacity (in comparison) its still THE best solution for 2019 onwards. We now use this option INSTEAD of the wire ring head and special gasket on all our retro fit head gasket upgrade jobs.

The machining type gasket which needs a groove to be machined in your block and we advise using the larger 12.7mm L19 head studs also. This is the Ultimate sealing solution for your cast 4G63/4G64 block.

ROLLING ROAD COSTS

  • Diagnosis/set up on rollers Β£100 + Vat per hour
  • (Normal labour charge is Β£65.00 + Vat per hour)
  • ECU mapping starts from Β£400.00 + Vat

DYNO COSTS

Price to hire per day is Β£700 + vatΒ  (9am – 5.30pm).

Engine Mapping is Β£450 + vat.

Fuel will be charged at pump prices for Super Unleaded.

Race fuelΒ and/or Ethanol is also available should you require it at an additional cost.

We have brackets for the following vehicles; Mitsubishi Evolution Range, Ford Cosworth, Nissan Skyline GTR, Nissan SR20DET, Nissan CA18DET, Subaru Impreza, Ford Zetec, Vauxhall XE. For any vehicles we do not already cater for we will be happy to bracket according to customers needs.
